The Hyatt Place offers contemporary design, thoughtfully appointed guest accommodations, and modern amenities — while its strategic integration with the Sunrise Event Center generates year-round demand through conferences, corporate events, weddings, conventions, and regional entertainment programming.
Originally planned as a 32-month construction schedule, the entire project was successfully completed in just 16 months — reducing the timeline by 50% while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. The project was also delivered under budget, demonstrating disciplined financial management and strong cost controls throughout every phase of development.
Sunrise Event Center
